About My Practice

I am a nationally and internationally certified cognitive behavioral therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and posttraumatic stress.  My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, feminist, body positive, sex positive, and culturally sensitive.  I work with women, men, non-binary individuals; LGBTQIA+ identified folx and their families; young adults, older adults, and parents raising young children.  I also love working as a "therapist's therapist," providing a supportive, safe space for other mental health professionals who are working through their own "stuff".

I am based in Long Beach, California, and I also provide services remotely through the use of a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
